Welcome to R T Machinery Ltd
R T Machinery Ltd was formed by managing director Richard Taylor back in 2001.
An independent local company R T Machinery’s strengths lie in over 25
years of hands on industry experience, a keen interest in machinery and a
will to provide a quality service and value for money.
The team consists of a small group of dedicated and experienced staff
who have a shared interests in sport, sports and fine turf machinery and
customer satisfaction.
Located rurally in Buckinghamshire we have excellent links serving our
home customer base covering clients in London, Herts, Middx, Berks,
Beds, Bucks, Northants,Oxon. We will also ship goods anywhere in the UK
mainland subject to aftersales support & health and safety considerations.
RT Machinery’s Commitment Statement
This document lays out what you as a valued client will receive when you
deal with RT Machinery. Our aim in assembling this list is to give you peace
of mind when choosing us to deliver and service your ground-care needs.
An underpinning foundation
Our principles for honesty, integrity and reliability really does mean you will
always get 1st class service and advice every time you contact us.
You can be sure that the advice and services you receive will be based on
your needs. After all, we’re fine chaps with your interests at heart! We
also make it our business to maintain standards through our membership
of the British Agricultural & Garden Machinery Association and other
industry related associations such as the Institute of Groundsmanship,
CLA, NFU.
Experience that will save you time
We don’t just work with machinery, we use it professionally both in
our training programmes and in industry machinery trials through local
contract works. With total of over 50 years in the ground care industry
and our network of industry contacts there is not a problem, fault or issue
we have not encountered before. From the time it takes to diagnose your
problem to the fitting of the part, our knowledge of the ground-care
industry means we can pin point your problem accurately and efficiently,
saving you time and money.
Providing you with the quality to exceed your expectations
time after time
You will only ever receive quality, from the machines that you buy to the
advice you’re given, our only aim is to supply you with a service that you
can rely on 100%. Were ever possible we only ever use genuine parts
on your machine. We are not restricted to one line of supply however,
if not available direct from the manufacturer we will source through the
EEC network of alternative stockist or suppliers, we only ever deal in the
toughest, most rugged machines to suit all your conditions and we will
only ever deliver you machine in perfect working order.
A support package to rival an F1 team
We believe that you should always have at your disposal the equipment
you have invested in to do the job. We stock most day to day parts to get
you moving again and can normally do this the same or the next day.
Our flexible approach to our work means that parts can be shipped or
collected from early y to late in the evening.
If by any chance we don’t have the item you need, we have developed
outstanding relationships with our suppliers so we can have any part
delivered to you or us by the next day, giving you the turnaround service
you need.
Maintenance packages to suit your needs
For total peace of mind when you book in your machine for servicing,
we normally offer you a fixed price service. If for any reason we identify
an issue, you will be called immediately to inform you of the problem,
how critical the problem is and the cost of carrying out the work for you.
Only 10% of our customers that have regular fixed priced services need
additional work carried out, so you can be sure we are not looking for
every opportunity to charge you additional fees.
The skills and training to perform any job
All employees of RT Machinery are trained to the highest industry
standards, we have the skills and tools to undertake any job you have.
If you have a current professional mower and you can’t get the part,
we have the skills and technology to custom make the very thing or we
would probably know someone who can. We will even pull the stops out
to help you even if we did not supply the machine in the 1st place. On
the other hand if you have a team of employees that need specific safety
or operator training, RT Machinery is accredited by BAGMA / LANTRA to
provide you with tailored training courses, what ever your ground-care
need.
Direct access to the decision maker
Everybody at RT Machinery has the authority to make decisions so that
you will not be passed from pillar to post. To make this even easier, you
can get hold of us by phone, email or fax. Our training and experience
gives you the peace of mind in knowing that whatever the problem, you
will always get given the advice and support to deal with your situation.
The reliability and flexibility to deliver
You can always take comfort in the knowledge that RT Machinery is
small enough to react, but big enough to tackle your problems and you
will always get what you asked for at the time agreed. We stand by our
products and service so you don’t have to worry, at the worst we will keep
you informed and tell you how it is. We work around you so that you can
get on with your business and life.
We always want your feedback
We value what you have to say. We are constantly looking to improve our
services and offerings to you and will be asking you for your opinions on
our service so that we can keep on raising the standards you expect and
deserve.
Complaints
We have strict internal procedures for dealing promptly with any complaints our customers may have. If you have any complaints, comments or suggestions as to how we can improve then please contact us at info@rtmachinery.co.uk
Your complaint will be treated fairly, confidentially and with respect. R T Machinery will:
- respond to your E-Mail within 1 working day and issue a reference number for future correspondence.
- endeavour to resolve the complaint within three working days.
- contact you on the said date if the complaint has not been resolved to issue you with a name of a contact and telephone number of a higher authority at R T Machinery Express.
- contact you to apologise and provide reassurance that R T Machinery will do all it can to prevent the problem from occurring again.
