Our service department will undertake most types of grass care machinery as long as the parts are available. Our well trained staff have many years of machinery maintenance experience and knowledge, ensuring that your machinery is repaired and maintained to the highest standard.
We have a fully equipped workshop to cater for all types of repair, including dedicated grinding rooms for cylinder grinding.
We Come to You
We offer an on-site repair service, should this be more convenient particularly if your machine has broken down. We also operate a collection and delivery service if you haven't the time or transport to get your machine to us. Limitations will apply depending on your distance from us. We always aim to keep you informed about your machinery whilst it's in for repair or service; this is an essential part of delivering our high level of service to you. Free estimates prior to any work undertaken can be provided.
Do you Work to a Tight Budget or have a Large Fleet to Maintain?
We are happy to appraise your fleet and provide a service plan to keep your machinery in peak condition whilst spreading your costs evenly over the year with a service contract tailored to your needs.
End of Season Servicing and Repair:
After a busy cutting season your machinery will be subject to wear and tear and in need of maintenance. So don’t store it away until next season comes around. Call us and arrange for your machinery to undergo a winter service/overhaul in our workshops – especially when you are not under pressure to use it. The earlier we can have your machinery the better – don’t wait until you need to use it again. Our workshops may be fully loaded – meaning delays in servicing it in time for the new seasons use. Don’t forget, investing in winter maintenance will mean better reliability and fewer breakdowns.

At long last, tyres that won't puncture and yet still perform like an air filled tyre.
The idea of puncture proof tyres has been in existence some time, many ideas have been tried, some with an amount of success but most with failure to offer all round protection from punctures.
Amerityre is the closest tyre yet to replicate the properties of a normal pneumatic tyre or "air filled tyre" as it is more commonly known. For the first time it is possible to say that Amerityre tyres offer full all round protection from punctures. Not suitable for highway use, ie motor vehicles and trailers etc.

Amerityre has developed patented and proprietary technology relating to closed-cell polyurethane foam so it can manufacture non-highway use Flatfree™ tires for bicycles, wheelchairs, lawn and garden products, commercial and riding lawnmowers, as well as golf cars.
So, what makes these tires so great? What were the earlier attempts at creating flatfree tires like, and why can't they compete with Amerityre™ flatfree tires? Do Amerityre tires outperform standard tires with tubes? YES! Technology has finally eliminated just about all of the past problems and replaced them with a product far superior to anything ever before seen in the bicycle tire, lawn & garden tire, and industrial tire industries.
Amerityre is a specially formulated polyurethane which is poured into a tyre mould being spun to create a centrifugal force causing a chemical reaction and the tyre becomes an air equivalent tyre after about 30 seconds. A pyramid cone is then used to press the tyre over the cone onto the wheel. These tyres hold more weight, never go flat, don’t crack or sun rot are not deteriorated by chemicals. They require no inflation, mud doesn't stick to them like a normal tyre, they are non marking, won't absorb water and outwear rubber tyres 2 to 1.
