'Disc-Blade' Chipping System

| The 'Disc-Blade' system with its slicing action as opposed to chopping is 3dB quieter than conventional staright blades. These figures have been obtained using the recognised standard noise tests for Wood Chippers. |
When the Disc-Blades are used, only a 1/3 of the circumference is in use as shwon, hence the blades can be turned to the next sharp section when required. As you can see this allows the blades to be turned before they need to be re-sharpened. |
By loosening the retaining bolt the Disc-Blades can be rotated in either direction. If the damage occurs to the blade through insertion of contaminates i.e. stones, nails etc, the damaged section can be simply positioned away from the cutting area. |
Conventional straight blades are more suceptible to damage and will need to be replaced. When sharpened and refitted the distance between the anvil and blade needs to be adjusted for straight blades. Not on Disc-Blades as they are sharpened from the rear and the front face does not alter. |

The Eco Arborist is a 150mm x 230mm capacity machine with a 26hp watercooled diesel engine, single feed roller (twin option), No-Stress power control. A convenient infeed height and top and side control/safety bar eliminates most nuisance tripping. Compact transport mode is given by the folding infeed chute which allows the chipper to fit inside your garage for safe storage. ChipMaster Tractor Mounted
The tractor mounted CHipMaster Wood Chippers have capacities from 180mm-220mm and the unique cost saving 'Disc-Blade' chipping system ensuring a constant chip quality. These tractor mounted Chippers have all the standard features of the ChipMaster range. The large infeed chute leads to twin hydraulic feed rollers controlled by the GreenMech advanced No-Stress System. The CM180/220TMP has the option of a bolt-on wheeled chassis and draw bar enabling the machine to be used on smaller tractors.

Recycle green waste at source |

The most cost effective way to meet recycling targets is to Chip & Shred at source.
Capable of chipping up to 15cm (6inch) and shredding up to 5cm (2inch) of all forms of green waste often contaminated with soil and stones etc. GreenMech's 'Combi' has been modified to eliminate most of the normal air blast by utilising a cyclone enabling the processed material to be loaded into bin bags or Wheeli bins at the roadside and given back to the householder to compost or use as mulch.
Mounting onto a small pickup enables the one man operation to rapidly transit between jobs, reverse easily into household driveways and restricted areas to quickly process the material.
Figures gathered from the trials indicate an average of 5 - 10 bags of about 22kg are processed from each household.
Good route planning will enable an average of 2 households per hour which even at 5 bags per household will enable in excess of 6000 kgs per week to be processed. In addition, the Authority has no disposal costs at landfill and helps meet their green waste recycling targets. |
Plastic Containers
The Combi's unique 'Disc-Shred' system is also being trialed to process plastic containers, this voluminous waste has considerable recyclable value but handling and transport costs are high.
Considerable volume reduction, preferably as close to source as possible will greatly reduce costs and enable Authorities to meet their recycling/diversion targets. |

The StumpMaster STM27-18 is the ideal machine to remove any type of tree stump without having to bring in large machinery. Powered by a 27 horse power petrol Kolher engine the STM27-18 can remove stumps from up to 200mm above ground to 200mm below ground level.
Manoeuvering the machine is easy with the wheels driven by an electric motor or hydrostatic system and capable of 4Km/h. The heavy duty grinding wheel has 12 forged carbide tipped teeth for longer life and fast efficient grinding.
